Recently I purchased an offline marketing product. Since our students might ask us about it, we wanted to be able to give an informed answer.
I didn't properly save it on my computer and when I tried to access it again, I got an error message saying “Maximum number of downloads exceeded.” So, I emailed “their” direct support address and got no response.
I then called the “company” phone number from the website and got a generic… "the party you are trying to reach is not available…" message.
I sent another, more concerned email telling them (whomever?) I could not get what I had paid for and mentioned the fact that we local business consultants for years, and in the interest of helping a new business, told them they need to take better care of their customers.
Two days later I got a call and 'support' said he would send us a new access code.
But I never got it.
Again, I emailed numerous times and called many times leaving messages. About a week later, I get an email saying, “we have received your email but due to high demand for customer support, we are busy assisting other students. Your support request will be answered in the order in which it was received.”
Are you kidding me??!! This is what some online businesses pull, I'm sorry to say.
Call us old-fashioned but we guarantee if you become one of our students, you will be able to reach our support team without all that BS.
